Have you joined in today on World Card Making Day 2024?
Recently I haven’t made enough time to craft and have let other things take over. It was super awesome to just spend one hour doing some crafting and seeing some cool products (& new releases coming) in action.
So I joined the Youtube live Stampin’ Up! event and crafted along with Sara.
Now, I didn’t have all the same products as Sara had so mine is a little different from hers. It goes to show you can just craft along too with anything you have in your stash.
I have always loved the Brushed Gold Cards & Envelopes so I chose to use them as my bases. Which I added flowers from the Fully Flowering Mix & Match Ephemera Pack, the Labels & Layers Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.
Sara was using the Saying Something Ephemera Pack (with sentiments) but I didn’t have those so I just used sentiments from Stamp sets I had.
I have to say I’m quite chuffed with how they have all turned out. It was so much fun trying to make it work with what I had in my supplies.
World Card Making Day has been around for many years and it’s a great way for the whole world to join in and be crafty.
The only catch is…we really must post the cards we made off to someone else to enjoy!!!
I know I’m super guilty of not sending off cards and have many of them in my stash – Doh!
