Ever Wondered What 35 Years of Catalogues Looks Like?

Have you ever Wondered What 35 Years of Catalogues Looks Like?

Well I think it’s time to take a wonder through the years.  (all images supplied by someone else)

35 Years of Catalogues 1

Was that fun or what?  Since I have only be a Demonstrator since 2010 (that was my 1st catalogue) I don’t remember any of the earlier ones!

Haven’t they changed heap over the years?

A wee history lesson on the colours  Stampin’ Up has are:

1) That Stampin’ Up! didn’t do any colours from 1988-1996.
2) There are four colours that have been part of the colours since 1996 and are still current today!!!  Can you guess which ones they might be?  Please read on & I’ll share them with you later.
3) Basic White (previously Whisper White) and Very Vanilla only became part of the colours in 2005.
4) In-Colours started in 2006 and are still going strong today.  Only one colour has lasted the distance starting in 2009 and still going today.  What could it be?  A hint, I use it a lot!
5) Over the years there have been 184 colours and each year we have 53 to choose from including Basic Black, Basic White and Very Vanilla.
6) Each year the colours have already been decided on at least 18-24 months prior to their release!  Who would’ve thought that?

Well I hope you have enjoyed this walk down memory lane and have relived some memories.
Just remember, these are only the annual catalogues and that there has been many many seasonal mini catalogues over the years also that haven’t even made it into this post including the current August-December Mini Catalogue which you can view online.  If you want a hard copy of either catalogue please email me your address and I’ll get one sent to you.
