Angled Tri-fold Card for Fun-fold Friday

This fun and easy Angled Tri-fold Card had been on my radar for months and now, I’ve done it, I just had to share with you how simple and easy it is to put together.

I kept the colours very simple by using just three colours of Crushed Curry, Memento Black and Basic White.
I’ve also used the retired Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper (DSP) that changes this card so quickly from a Miss You to a Halloween Card, just turn your DSP over.
(It’s a great way to use up all that DSP you have in your stash, as you can use any DSP to make this card).

If you are new to card making and only starting out but want to wow your friends and family then this card is a great one!
You’ll only need a sheet of cardstock, some DSP to match, one ink colour and a tiny bit of bling.

This DSP allowed for a couple great techniques…

  1. Stamping direct onto the DSP
  2. Showing off the angle tri-fold card clearly
  3. Creating a bellyband

On the Belly band I’ve used the Postage Stamp Punch and a few extra layers of cardstock.
This held it all together and hid the seam in the bellyband.
For some bling I added the Brass Butterfly’s & a flower gem, as I didn’t want to distract the card too much at all.

On the inside of the card I’ve kept it nice and simple and left room for your message.

If you would like to purchase full instructions including cutting dimensions then please pop over to my classes page here or if you prefer to learn in person,
then keep an eye on my upcoming events page for the next class as I may just teach this Angled Tri-fold Card again.
