After 13 years of being a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator I have finally achieved 100,000CSV in sales!
CSV stands for Commissionable Sales Volume and it is not a currency. It is a measurement unit by which sales are tracked and converts across the world in Stampin’ Up! so all demo’s understand equally how hard we’ve worked to achieve our goals.
For me that was a lot of hard work but a huge milestone to achieve as I do this “job” part-time, really only one day a week!
As part of my reward I was also given a cash payment which I have popped into my savings account and it is earmarked for the OnStage Live in Melbourne in March 2024 a fitting way to celebrate with other NZ and Australia Demos!

I’ve never made it to achieve the Incentive Trip but one day I hope to be part of the 1% of Demo’s who do actually achieve it. In the meantime, I’m very happy to receive some new bling!
